Library
We have a library of information leaflets designed to give you advice on a wide range of healthcare topics. You can go to the library by clicking the heading above.

Change of address

If you change name, address or telephone number, please let our receptionists know by calling or writing to us. If you move outside

the practice area you may need to find a doctor in your new area. There are instructions on what to do when you move to a new

area on the back of your NHS medical card.

Medical education

We teach medical students and sometimes you may be asked to see the doctor or nurse with a student present. You will always

be asked beforehand if this is acceptable and you may ask for the student to withdraw if you prefer to have your consultation in

private.

Disabled access

There is good access for the disabled to all of our consultation rooms. A designated parking bay is adjacent to the surgery entrance

and the surgery has a ramp and wide doors to allow for wheelchair access.

Complaints/Comments/Suggestions

If you have any comments or suggestions, please speak to any of the receptionists or write to Mrs Mandy Stewart, our Practice Manager.

If you are unhappy about any aspect of our Practice, please speak or write to Mrs Stewart, who will be happy to look into your concerns.

We take complaints very seriously. If you would like to make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer, please contact Mandy Stewart, Practice Manager. who will be happy to look into your concerns..

Alternatively, if you need advice, you may speak to the local PALS at South Glos PCT
